It's about this time of year, even though the days are now finally getting longer, that I start to daydream about sunlight. I may suffer from very mild cases of S.A.D. but luckily it has never prevented me from going about my days. But I do not yet get to leave work while the sun is still high in the sky. Maybe I should look into a Vitamin D supplement. In the meantime I cherish times like this.
This was taken last week at a house that we have just finished renovating (at my day job). Unfortunately because of disclosure agreements I cannot tell you anything else about it or they will take my first born child.
It was the coldest day of the week, but the sunniest.
Hope you all have a bit of sun in your day tomorrow.
I was just talking about you tonight with another architect friend! I wish I could see more of the work you do... this house looks like it would be great! And ditto on the sunshine.

What is that color on the wall? Is it kind of a celery green or is it more yellow? I have been trying to find a nice celery, but they come out looking kind of pukey. Oh, and I totally hear you on picking colors and decorating your own house. It seems so permanent, even though it most definitely is not.

Ahh, the power of the sun. . . Can't wait for the longer days ahead.

I can so relate to this, Erinn--- I have MAJOR S.A.D. in the winter time. Come play, sun!
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog--- you should consider being a daily feature! Let me know... ;)

So pretty...although it is frustrating when you wake up and it's sunny and beautiful out...and then you realize it's -10 degrees! But definitely much better than cold and rainy! :)
